Tagliatelle all’erba cipollina

Today was such a bright and sunny spring day. And I was really up to cook home made pasta for lunch. I had some chives left and decided to work them into my pasta. So I used for us two:

200 g of durum wheat farina / farina di grano duro
a little bunch of chives / erba cipollina

I mixed it together and step by step added some water while I was working the pasta with my hands until it was a smooth little ball. I then was rolling the dough around the rolling pin as you can see in the very detailed video from DeA below. Tagliato col coltello. Finito. E stato buono!
